Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Training Placement Officer role based at K-IIT College of Engineering in Gurugram.

The Training Placement

Officer will coordinate campus placement activities, build and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters, and liaise between students, faculty, and employers. The role includes organizing training programs, workshops, and soft skills sessions to enhance student employability and readiness for interviews. The officer will track placement statistics, prepare reports, manage placement-related communication, and support students through counseling, resume guidance, and interview preparation. The position also involves staying updated on industry trends and collaborating with academic teams to align training initiatives with current market requirements.

Qualifications:





- Candidates should possess solid Campus Placement and College Recruiting skills, including employer outreach and coordination of recruitment drives.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Soft Skills to interact with students, recruiters, and internal stakeholders and to deliver training sessions.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including designing and conducting employability programs, workshops, and skill-development modules.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and reporting abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management tools.
