We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead and strengthen our training initiatives in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong managerial experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive employee learning and development in a retail environment.
Location: Bengaluru
Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Retail industry experience is preferred.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement employee training initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing training activities in a retail setting will be an advantage.
