We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator (Contract to hire) nto manage and support enterprise IT systems, servers, virtualization platforms, backup environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and associated network operations.

Location: Devanahalli Aerospace Park, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

n

• Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Domain Services and DNS

n

• Manage and troubleshoot VMware and Hyper-V environments

n





• Manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions, including Veeam

n

• Support data centre operations and ensure high system availability

n

• Provide L2 network support, including troubleshooting of connectivity and network-related issues

n

• Support and administer firewalls and related security configurations

n

• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, security and compliance

n

• Handle system incidents, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and timely resolution

n

• Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, SOPs and operational records

n

• Support IT processes and documentation aligned with ISO 27001:2022 requirements

n

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system-related issues and activities

n

Preferred Profile

n

• BCA, MCA, BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Computer Science / IT

n

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in System Administration / IT Operations

n

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam and Microsoft 365

n

• Working knowledge of firewalls and L2 networking

n

• CCNA, MCSE or similar certifications will be preferred

n

• Good understanding of IT security and ISO 27001:2022 practices

n

• Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, teamwork and time-management skills

n
