Job Description: Dynamics 365 F&O; Senior Technical Consultant

Experience: 7–10 Years

Role Summary:

n

We are looking for an experienced Senior D365 F&O; Technical Consultant with strong hands-on

n

technical expertise and team leadership capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for solution

n

design, development, code quality, technical documentation, deployment, troubleshooting, and

n

mentoring the technical team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business needs and customize solutions

n

with optimized coding.

n

n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
n
- Design and develop solutions using X++, extensions, CoC, event handlers, data entities, forms,
n

n

tables, classes, workflows, and batch jobs.

n

• Develop and support SSRS reports, integrations, APIs, OData, DMF, and Business Events.

n

Should have experience in PPAC

n

n
- Prepare technical designs, effort estimates, impact analysis, and deployment documents.
n
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, secure coding practices, performance, and
n

n

development best practices.





n

n
- Troubleshoot complex technical, integration, performance, and production issues.
n
- Manage Azure DevOps, source control, builds, deployment packages, and release activities.
n
- Coordinate closely with functional consultants, project managers, customers, and other
n

n

stakeholders.

n

• Provide technical support during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.

n

Required Skills

n

n
- 7–10 years of Dynamics AX/D365 F&O; technical experience.
n
- Strong expertise in X++ and D365 F&O; development architecture.
n
- Strong knowledge of tables, forms, classes, extensions, data entities, SSRS, workflows, and
n

n

security.

n

• Experience with integrations, REST APIs, OData, DMF, Business Events, PPAC, and Azure

n

services.

n

n
- Robust knowledge of Azure DevOps, version control, build, and deployment processes.
n
- Experience in technical solution design, estimation, code review, and performance optimisation.
n
- Experience in end-to-end D365 F&O; implementations and production support.
