Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP
FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance to lead
implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. The ideal candidate
should possess deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling
modules, robust stakeholder management skills, and experience in leading teams
across end-to-end SAP transformation programs.

This role requires a combination of strong SAP
FICO functional expertise, leadership capabilities, stakeholder management, and
experience in managing large-scale SAP programs.

Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

- Lead SAP FICO workstreams in S/4HANA
implementation, migration, rollout, and AMS projects.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and
business process discussions with stakeholders.

- Design and configure SAP Finance and Controlling
solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Provide best-practice recommendations for finance
transformation initiatives.

SAP S/4HANA Expertise

- Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and
system conversions.

- Work on Universal Journal, Business Partner
integration, Asset Accounting, Credit Management, and Financial Closing
processes.

- Support migration activities and coordinate
testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

- Collaborate with technical teams for custom
developments, integrations, and data migration.

Stakeholder Management

- Interact directly with business users, process
owners, and project leadership teams.

- Provide solution demonstrations and conduct user




training sessions.

- Manage project risks, issues, and escalations
effectively.

- Ensure successful project delivery within
timelines and quality standards.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor SAP FICO consultants and solution
architects.

- Conduct performance reviews and career
development discussions.

- Drive resource allocation and utilization across
projects.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration,
and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI, CO, AP, AR,
GL, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting,
Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).

- Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
implementations and migrations.

- Minimum
2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Experience with Central Finance, Group
Reporting, FSCM, Treasury, and Revenue Recognition is preferred.

- Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD,
PP, PS, and SuccessFactors.

- Experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP
implementation projects.

- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile
delivery models.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and
presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to FSCM, Group Reporting, Treasury, and
Revenue Recognition.

- SAP Fiori applications for Finance.

- Knowledge of RISE with SAP and SAP Cloud
solutions.

- SAP Certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance,
Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

- MBA / CA / ICWA / CPA qualifications are an added
advantage.
