About the Role :

IIVS is hiring a Gemstone Sales Expert to handle customer enquiries, understand their gemstone requirements, provide product consultation, and convert qualified leads into sales.

n

Key Responsibilities :

n

n
- Handle gemstone enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones.
n
- Explain gemstone quality, authenticity, certification, pricing, weight, origin, and specifications.
n
- Handle customer objections and close sales confidently.
n
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
n
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
n
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, certification, and dispatch.
n

Candidate Profile :

n

n




- 1–4 years of experience in gemstone, jewellery, luxury retail, B2C, or consultative sales.
n
- Valuable knowledge of gemstones and their quality parameters.
n
- Knowledge of Vedic Astrology and gemstone recommendations is an added advantage.
n
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
n
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
n
- Target-driven and comfortable selling high-value products.
