We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 10+ years of experience in HR compliance and employment law across India.

Experience: 10+ Years

Qualification: LLB + MBA

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

n

n
- Solid expertise in HR compliance and employment laws applicable across India.
n
- Manage employment law, statutory compliance, and HR risk management.
n
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and processes.
n
- Conduct and oversee HR compliance audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
n
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace investigations.
n
- Provide guidance to management on HR legal matters and compliance risks.




n
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- 10+ years of relevant experience in HR compliance, employee relations, and employment law.
n
- LLB + MBA is mandatory.
n
- Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance.
n
- Proven experience in policy development, compliance audits, employee relations, and investigations.
n
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
