About the role

Unique World Robotics (UWR) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a strong passion for visual design and branding & Video Editing. The primary responsibility of this role is to create high-quality, engaging graphic content for digital platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative content for social media, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns
n
- Create banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials
n
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, events, and marketing activities
n
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and other video content
n
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual and video content
n
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver creative outputs on time
n
- Revise and optimize designs and videos based on feedback
n
- Organize and maintain design assets, project files, and brand resources
n
- Stay updated with the latest design, video editing, social media, and AI tools
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
n
- Proficiency in at least one video editing tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
n




- Good understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, composition, and layout
n
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
n
- Good understanding of social media content formats and trends
n
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced setting
n

Preferred Qualifications / Added Advantages

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
n
- Experience creating Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos
n
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and shooting techniques
n
- Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras is an added advantage
n
- Basic understanding of video production and content shooting
n
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, video editing, and content creation
n
- Experience working on social media campaigns or digital marketing projects
n
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work, including academic, personal, freelance, or professional projects
n
