Role Description This full-time Training Instructor, Mechanical Design Engineer role is an in office position based in Chennai. The role involves delivering technical training sessions on mechanical design concepts, tools, and industry practices to trainees and clients. The instructor will design training materials, create practical exercises, and guide participants through hands-on projects that align with real industrial applications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learner needs, evaluating performance, providing feedback, and updating course content to reflect current engineering standards and technologies.



The role also includes collaborating with internal engineering teams, addressing participant queries, and supporting client-facing demonstrations of design solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with trainees, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Training and Teaching skills to design, deliver, and evaluate technical learning programs.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support training promotion, client engagement, and presentation of services when required.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical design principles and proficiency with CAD/CAE tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in industrial sectors such as Automotive, Energy, Pharma, Food, or Agriculture is an advantage.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to plan sessions, manage classroom dynamics, and document training activities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
