IT Skills Trainer –

We are looking for an IT Skills Trainer who can train students/trainees in basic computer and modern digital skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train students in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint from basic to practical usage.
- Teach MS Excel formulas, formatting, data handling, tables, and basic data analysis.
- Provide practical training on creating qualified documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Introduce trainees to AI tools used in the present-day workplace.
- Explain the practical usage of AI tools for content creation, research, productivity, presentations, data analysis, and other day-to-day tasks.
- Guide students on how to use AI tools effectively and responsibly.
- Conduct practical exercises and assessments to ensure trainees understand the concepts.




- Keep the training updated with new and relevant digital/AI tools.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity/AI applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and practical language.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
