Assembly Line Operator Trainer –

We are looking for an Assembly Line Operator Trainer who can train students/trainees according to the syllabus and curriculum provided by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach the basic concepts and fundamentals of assembly line operations as per the provided syllabus.
- Explain different assembly processes, tools, equipment, and workplace practices.
- Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training wherever required.
- Train students on workplace safety, PPE, 5S, housekeeping, and safety procedures.
- Explain basic quality control and inspection procedures followed in an assembly line.
- Teach proper handling and usage of tools, components, and materials.
- Explain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the importance of following work instructions.
- Develop trainees' understanding of productivity, teamwork, discipline, and workplace communication.
- Conduct practical exercises, assessments, and demonstrations based on the prescribed syllabus.
- Maintain trainee attendance, progress,



and assessment records.
- Ensure trainees gain the basic knowledge and practical skills required to work as an Assembly Line Operator.

Candidate Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of assembly line operations and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to understand and teach a prescribed syllabus effectively.
- Good practical knowledge of workplace safety, quality, 5S, and basic manufacturing practices.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in easy and practical language.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly operations, or vocational training will be an advantage.
