The In-House Dealer Trainer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs for employees across various departments of the dealership. The role focuses on improving employee knowledge, skills, customer service standards, product knowledge, and overall workplace performance.
- Identify training needs across different departments and employee levels.
- Plan and conduct regular in-house training programs.
- Deliver training on product knowledge, customer handling, communication, sales, service standards, and workplace procedures.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for current employees.
- Coordinate technical and non-technical training programs with department heads.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
