Position: Trainee Engineer – Mechanical / Electrical

Job Location: Bagru / VKI, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Working Hours: 9 Hours

Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

_*Job Responsibilities*_

Production Department

Assist in day-to-day production activities and shop-floor operations.

Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with senior engineers and production team.

Maintain production records and reports.

Follow safety, quality, and production standards.

Quality Department

Assist in inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products.

Perform basic dimensional and visual quality checks.

Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.

Support the team in identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with defined quality standards.

Maintenance Department

Assist senior engineers in preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Support troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and machinery.





Monitor machine performance and identify basic maintenance requirements.

Maintain maintenance records and checklists.

Follow safety procedures during maintenance activities.

Electrical Department

Assist in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Support maintenance of electrical panels, motors, machines, and equipment.

Assist in preventive electrical maintenance.

Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Maintain basic electrical maintenance records.

Candidate Profile

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Freshers and candidates with relevant trainee-level experience can apply.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing and industrial processes.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn different industrial operations.

Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
