Nalsoft, a premier Oracle Specialized Partner, is looking for ambitious postgraduates and early-career professionals with 1 -3 years of experience from the Engineering & Construction industry to join our growing Oracle Fusion practice as Oracle PPM Trainees.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) while working on enterprise transformation projects across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside experienced Oracle PPM consultants on end-to-end implementation projects.
- Understand Engineering & Construction business processes and map them to Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Support data migration, integrations, reporting, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives for leading enterprise clients.
- MBA preferably with Civil Engineering related specialization
- Under graduation with B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
- A proactive learner with a genuine interest in digital transformation.
