Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month, depending on experience and suitability

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to manage daily transportation operations, vehicle placement and trip execution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 32 FT MXL/SXL vehicles, good fleet-owner relationships and the ability to handle multiple transport requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily vehicle placement and transportation operations.

Coordinate with fleet owners, drivers and customers.

Arrange suitable vehicles according to load requirements.

Ensure timely vehicle reporting and loading.

Monitor vehicles and ongoing trips until completion.

Handle route, rate and vehicle-related coordination.

Maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and transporters.

Resolve operational issues and delays promptly.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth trip execution.

Maintain daily vehicle and trip records.

Ensure proper documentation and POD follow-up.

Work toward improving vehicle availability and trip conversion.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Traffic/Transport Operations preferred.

Strong experience with MXL/SXL vehicles.

Existing fleet-owner/fleet network is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of Pan-India routes.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requirements.

Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Should be disciplined, responsible and target-oriented.
