Role Description The Trade Manager role at Continental Treasury is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Gwalior Area.

The Trade

Manager will oversee the execution and monitoring of trades across selected asset classes, ensuring alignment with the firm’s research-driven strategies and risk parameters.

Responsibilities include managing trade orders, tracking positions, and coordinating with analysts to translate market views into actionable trade plans. The role involves continuous monitoring of market conditions, liquidity, and price action, as well as maintaining accurate trade records and reporting.

Manager will collaborate with research, risk, and operations teams to refine trading workflows,



support strategy development, and contribute to a disciplined, evidence-based trading culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in financial markets, including knowledge of global macroeconomics, asset classes, and market structure.
- Experience in trade execution, order management, and position tracking within a regulated financial or trading environment.
- Proficiency with market data platforms, trading terminals, and analytical tools; comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and technology-driven workflows.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles, including position sizing, exposure monitoring, and risk/return analysis.
- Ability to interpret technical and quantitative analysis, price action, and liquidity metrics to support trade decisions.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in trade documentation and reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with research, risk, and operations teams.
- Demonstrated discipline, integrity, and a mindset focused on evidence, continuous learning, and improvement in trading processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a trading, dealing, or investment operations role is preferred, particularly within equities, derivatives, or FX markets.
