Job Summary

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Architect / AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services, Generative AI technologies, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI-driven workflow automation. This role requires a blend of architecture expertise, software engineering skills, and practical experience implementing AI solutions that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions on AWS.
- Architect and develop AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG frameworks, vector databases, and intelligent agents.
- Build automated workflows using AI orchestration frameworks and agent-based architectures.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud-native services.
- Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python and/or Java.
- Design data ingestion, embedding, indexing, and retrieval pipelines.
- Implement AI governance, security, monitoring, and performance optimization practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend best-fit architectures.
- Mentor development teams on AI engineering best practices and AWS cloud technologies.

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong experience with AWS services including:
- - Amazon Bedrock
- SageMaker
- Lambda
- ECS/EKS
- API Gateway
- S3
- DynamoDB/RDS
- IAM
- CloudWatch
- Step Functions





- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and LLMs.
- Experience building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Java.
- Experience working with vector databases such as pgvector, OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building AI agents and autonomous workflow solutions.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Experience implementing AI-driven document processing and knowledge management solutions.
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, AI Guardrails, and AI governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and LLM optimization techniques.
- AWS Solutions Architect, Machine Learning, or AI certifications.
