Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tool Room Incharge to manage and monitor day-to-day Tool Room and Tool Development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage all Tool Room activities on a daily basis.

Prepare and monitor Tool Development Schedules and ensure operations are completed within planned timelines.

Plan and allocate work to Tool Room Operators and Machine Operators.

Monitor daily work plans and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.

Take responsibility for achieving tool trial targets and development targets as per schedule.

Ensure proper tool quality and maintain required quality standards.

Monitor shop-floor activities, layout and housekeeping and guide employees accordingly.

Coordinate with employees and ensure smooth functioning of Tool Room operations.





Maintain proper work discipline and follow-up for assigned activities.

Support and participate in ISO documentation and ISO-related activities.

Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth execution of tool development and trial activities.

Preferred candidate profile Relevant experience in Tool Room / Tool Development / Tool Manufacturing.

Good knowledge of Tool Room operations and machine shop activities.

Experience in handling operators and allocating work.

Good planning, coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to achieve development and trial targets within timelines.

Knowledge of quality requirements and ISO documentation will be an advantage.

Positive leadership and team-handling skills.
