We are looking for a TLM Developer with 3–4 years of experience in SmartStream TLM and financial reconciliation. The candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting reconciliation processes, configuring matching rules, resolving breaks, and providing production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure SmartStream TLM reconciliation processes.
- Work on matching rules, workflows, breaks, and exception management.
- Hands-on experience with TLM Control, SmartStudio, Recon Admin, and TLM View.
- Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries for reconciliation and data analysis.
- Monitor and troubleshoot reconciliation jobs and production issues.
- Analyze cash, trade, position, or securities reconciliation breaks.
- Support testing, deployment, enhancements, and production releases.
- Work with business and operations teams to resolve reconciliation issues.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in SmartStream TLM / TLM Reconciliation.
- Robust understanding of reconciliation and matching concepts.
- Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and Oracle.
- Exposure to Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
- Experience in production support and issue troubleshooting.
- Banking/Capital Markets experience is preferred.
