#We_ are hiring experienced FIT Ticketing Staff with good knowledge of individual flight bookings and ticketing operations. The role involves handling domestic and international flight bookings, fare enquiries, ticket issuance, and coordination with clients, airlines, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic & international FIT ticketing
- Manage individual flight bookings and fare enquiries
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund tickets
- Check and coordinate flight schedules, fares, and availability
- Maintain accurate booking records and reports
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and clients for ticketing requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in airline ticketing
- Experience in FIT ticketing is preferred
- IATA certification/experience preferred
- Good knowledge of airline fares and ticketing procedures
- Good communication and computer skills
- Ability to handle bookings accurately and efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible and varying shifts based on operational requirements
