We are hiring Ground Staff and Ticketing Staff for Navratri events in Vadodara. This is a temporary event-based opportunity suitable for individuals looking for short-term evening work during Navratri.
Responsibilities
Ground Staff:
- Assist with general event operations and crowd management.
- Guide visitors and attendees within the event premises.
- Help maintain smooth movement and coordination at the venue.
- Assist the event team with general on-ground activities.
- Follow instructions provided by event supervisors.
Ticket Checker / Ticket Issuer:
- Check tickets and entry passes at designated entry points.
- Verify tickets and assist attendees with the entry process.
- Issue tickets where required.
- Handle basic ticket-related queries from visitors.
- Maintain proper coordination with the event and security teams.
Requirements
- Boys and girls can apply.
- Good communication and basic interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and comfortable working in a crowded event environment.
- Previous event, ground staff, or ticketing experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Candidates must be available for the required event dates and evening shifts.
- Individuals and bulk teams/groups can apply.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹450 per shift/day
- Food provided for Ground Staff
- Payment may be increased for bulk teams/groups, depending on team size and requirements.
