We are looking for an experienced TIBCO BusinessEvents professional to lead an offshore engineering pod responsible for analyzing, refactoring, testing, deploying, and stabilizing TIBCO BusinessEvents applications as part of a BE 5.5 to 6.4 upgrade/migration program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead TIBCO BusinessEvents application upgrade and migration activities.
- Analyze and refactor existing BusinessEvents applications and resolve upgrade-related issues.
- Review and remediate scanner findings related to deprecated APIs, legacy syntax, changed classes, channel types, and custom Java extensions.
- Plan and coordinate work across DEV, QA, PTEST and PROD environments.
- Manage testing, deployment, defect resolution and production stabilization.
- Support production cutovers, parallel-run validation, discrepancy analysis, hypercare and sign-off activities.
- Troubleshoot production, performance and integration issues.
- Perform code reviews and ensure engineering quality and documentation standards.
- Work closely with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to the engineering team.
- Contribute to Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Databricks, Data Automation and AI initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.x / 6.x
- Experience in TIBCO BusinessEvents migration/upgrade
