Role Description The TGT/PGT Mathematics, Physics, and Biology educator will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching classroom sessions, assigning and assessing homework and tests, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The educator will also support students through remedial classes, exam preparation, and doubt-clearing sessions, while maintaining accurate academic records and contributing to parent–teacher meetings.

Additional responsibilities include participating in school events, academic planning meetings,



and continuous professional development activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi.

Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills in Mathematics, Physics, and Biology at middle and secondary/senior secondary levels.
- Ability to design clear lesson plans, use appropriate teaching methods, and integrate basic educational technology into classroom instruction.
- Skilled in classroom management, student engagement, and creating an inclusive, supportive learning workplace for diverse learners.
- Competence in assessing student performance, providing feedback, and preparing learners for school examinations and competitive tests.
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (Science/Mathematics) and B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Experience teaching TGT/PGT level classes in a school setting is an advantage, though motivated early-career educators may also be considered.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, participate in school activities, and engage in ongoing career development.
