Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Group Manager (Testing Manager) to lead end-to-end testing for Document & Notification (D&N;) platforms within Insurance, BFSI, or other regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customer correspondence testing, document generation, policy communications, notification systems, test leadership, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle including Test Strategy, Planning, Execution, Defect Management, Governance, and Release Readiness.
- Manage a team of 5-10 Test Analysts across onshore/offshore environments.
- Drive Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Automation Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, UAT/BAT, PVT, and Disaster Recovery Testing.
- Validate customer communications delivered through Email, SMS, Print, and other correspondence channels.
- Perform document generation, notification, template validation, data transformation, ETL, and data quality testing.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Delivery, Architecture, and Compliance teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Drive test automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

- 9 to 12+ years of Software Testing experience with 3+ years as Test Lead/Team Lead.
- Strong expertise in End-to-End Testing Lifecycle Management.
- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Customer Correspondence,



Consumer Communication Management (CCM), Policy Communication, Statements, Notifications, or Document Testing.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Functional Testing
- Integration Testing
- System Testing
- Regression Testing
- End-to-End Testing
- BAT, BRT, PVT
- Defect Management & Defect Triage
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience in ETL/Data Validation Testing.
- Knowledge of XML Testing.
- Experience validating customer communications through Email, SMS, Print/Mail channels.
- Strong Stakeholder, Team, Vendor, and Delivery Management experience.

Preferred Technical Skills

Candidates should have experience in at least 5 or more of the following:

- Duck Creek PAS
- SmartComm
- SQL
- XML
- ETL/Data Pipelines
- Mulesoft
- Filenet
- Exchange Server
- Email Processing Systems

Tools JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, Kibana, StreamDiff, DocDiff, Litmus, SharePoint, EasyDocTest/EasySuite

Mandatory Certifications

- ISTQB CTFL
- Agile Fundamentals / ICAgile Certification
