n- Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert for test automation initiatives.

n- Understand business, application, and testing requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.

n- Assess existing automation landscapes and recommend improvements in terms of architecture, tools, processes, scalability, and maintainability.

n- Define automation approaches, roadmaps, implementation strategies, and best practices.

n- Conduct technical discussions, solution workshops, and proof-of-concepts for automation initiatives.

n- Evaluate and recommend appropriate automation tools, technologies, and frameworks based on project requirements.

n?- Design and architect scalable, reusable, maintainable, and robust automation frameworks.

n- Lead the development and implementation of automation frameworks across UI, API, mobile, services, and other testing layers as applicable.

n- Define framework architecture, coding standards, design patterns, reusable components, and best practices.

n- Ensure automation frameworks are designed for easy integration with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.

n- Drive framework modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

n- Identify and resolve challenges related to framework performance, stability, scalability, and maintainability.

n?- Provide technical direction and guidance to automation engineers and QA teams.

n- Guide teams on automation strategy, framework structure, design, development, coding practices, debugging, and implementation.





n- Review automation architecture, technical designs, and code to ensure adherence to defined standards.

n- Act as the escalation point for complex automation and framework-related technical issues.

n- Mentor team members and help build strong automation engineering capabilities.

n- Support teams in making appropriate technical decisions and selecting the right approach for challenging automation scenarios.

n?- Experience working on large-scale enterprise automation transformation initiatives.

n- Experience establishing or contributing to an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).

n- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other modern DevOps technologies.

n- Experience with performance, security, accessibility, or other specialized testing areas.

n- Relevant testing, automation, Agile, or cloud certifications would be an advantage.

n- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
