Are you an experienced Neurovascular / Neurointerventional Medical Device professional looking for your next opportunity?Balt India is expanding its commercial team and is looking for Territory Sales Managers with strong experience in neurovascular devices and neuroendovascular therapy. As part of Balt, you will work in a highly specialised environment focused on technologies used to treat intracranial aneurysms, AVMs, and acute ischemic stroke.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

? Drive business growth across the assigned neurovascular territory

? Build and strengthen relationships with neurointerventionalists, interventional neurologists, neurosurgeons, and key hospital stakeholders

? Develop new accounts and expand existing neurovascular business

? Provide product and clinical support during procedures and customer engagements

? Conduct product demonstrations, physician interactions, workshops, and training programs

? Support adoption of advanced neuroendovascular technologies

? Develop territory plans, manage sales pipelines, and deliver business objectives

? Work closely with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and market coverage





? Maintain high standards of ethical, compliant, and professional engagement

Who We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in professionals with:

✔️ Proven experience in neurovascular / neuroendovascular medical devices

✔️ Strong understanding of the neurointerventional ecosystem and clinical workflow

✔️ Existing relationships with relevant physicians and hospitals will be an advantage

✔️ Experience managing a territory, developing accounts, and achieving sales targets

✔️ Strong clinical communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

✔️ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
