Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities for telecom and EV infrastructure projects. This role includes identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, coordinating clarifications, and preparing compliant, competitive proposals in collaboration with technical, finance, and legal teams.

The Tendering

Manager will develop bid strategies, manage timelines, and ensure accurate costing and pricing, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, client requirements, and regulatory standards.



Daily responsibilities also involve working closely with sales and project management teams to align tenders with business objectives, maintaining tender documentation and databases, and supporting post-bid negotiations and contract finalization. The role requires proactive stakeholder communication, risk assessment of tender terms, and continuous improvement of tender processes and templates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills, including bid strategy, document review, and proposal development.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills related to vendor coordination, cost estimation, and sourcing of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to collaborate on bid positioning, client engagement, and negotiation support.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle timelines, cross-functional coordination, and tender-related deliverables.
- Experience in telecom, infrastructure, or EV charging domains is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial acumen, with attention to detail and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and tendering tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tenders simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
