Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The position involves managing tender-related activities, including preparing documentation, coordinating submissions, and tracking tender status. The role includes overseeing procurement processes, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring materials and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively.

Daily responsibilities also cover supporting sales activities, assisting in project planning and coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of commercial interior projects.



The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills, including experience with documentation, compliance, and submission processes.
- Proficiency in Procurement, with the ability to source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships.
- Experience in Sales activities, including client interactions, proposal support, and relationship management.
- Solid Project Management skills for planning, coordinating, and monitoring interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design, execution, and finance teams, and to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in commercial interiors, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
