Role Description The Tender Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Tender

Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, collecting and reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather required technical and commercial information. The role involves preparing, formatting, and submitting tender proposals within deadlines, maintaining tender trackers and documentation, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements and company policies.

The Tender

Executive will also liaise with clients, vendors, and government or private portals as needed, follow up on submitted bids, and support post-tender clarifications or negotiations.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in documentation, data entry, and basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing and managing tender proposals.
- Candidates should possess skills in coordination, communication, and stakeholder management to work effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and attention to detail to handle multiple tenders and meet strict submission deadlines.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytical thinking and basic commercial understanding to interpret tender terms, eligibility criteria, and pricing structures.
- Candidates should preferably have prior experience in tendering, procurement, or a similar operations/administration role.
- Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should ideally hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Kolkata and collaborating within a structured, process-oriented setting.
