Position: Senior Manager / Tendering Manager – Civil

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Chennai

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end tendering activities for Civil & Infrastructure projects

Study and evaluate Tender / RFP / BOQ / Technical specifications

Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis and commercial proposals

Coordinate with Planning, QS, Engineering, Procurement and Projects teams

Prepare tender queries, clarifications and technical/commercial submissions

Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations

Ensure timely submission of competitive and accurate tenders





Participate in pre-bid meetings and client discussions

Analyse project risks, contractual terms and commercial conditions

Support management in final pricing and tender negotiations

Desired Skills

Solid knowledge of Civil Construction & Infrastructure

Excellent estimation, costing and BOQ knowledge

Tender preparation & bid management experience

Good knowledge of contracts and commercial terms

Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Excellent coordination and communication skills
