Job Title- Tender Executive

Location - Charni Road, Mumbai

Working Days & Timings

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday Off

Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

-  Handle end-to-end tender activities, including tender identification, document preparation,submission, and follow-up.
-  Manage and regularly monitor Government Tender Portals such as GeM and other relevant e-procurement portals.
-  Register and maintain company/product details on government portals.
-  Upload and update company products, product specifications, technical documents, certificates, catalogues, and pricing on the respective portals.
-  Search and identify relevant government tenders based on company products and business requirements.
-  Prepare and submit tender bids within the specified timelines.
-  Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, and Management teams for required tender
- documents and approvals.
-  Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with tender requirements.
-  Track tender status, corrigendums, bid results,



and submission deadlines.
-  Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, quotations, EMDs, documents, and
- outcomes.
-  Coordinate for queries, clarifications, and post-tender requirements.
-  Follow up on purchase orders, contracts, and other tender-related documentation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
