Job Summary

We are looking for a GEM Portal Bidder with 14 years of experience in the IT/Software industry to manage government and IT project bidding activities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying relevant IT tenders, preparing bid documentation, submitting bids, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Required Skills

1–4 years of experience in GEM/GeM Portal bidding, preferably within an IT company.

Hands-on experience in IT project bidding / tender management.

Good understanding of GeM portal, government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOI processes.

Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Solid documentation and MS Office/Excel skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to analyze tender documents and understand eligibility/compliance requirements.

Strong follow-up and deadline-management skills.
