Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telecalle to handle initial calls with potential clients, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and coordinate site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make initial calls to leads received through various sources.
- Understand the client's requirements, budget, location, and project details.
- Explain the company's interior design services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with interested clients.
- Follow up with leads who have not yet confirmed a site visit.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding qualified leads and scheduled site visits.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients after initial interaction.




- Update daily calling and lead activity reports.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and site-visit targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive first interaction with the company.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable Hindi, English, and Marathi communication preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with the sales team.
- Prior experience in interior design, real estate, construction, or home improvement will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
