A telecaller bridges the gap between a company and its audience by managing phone communications, maintaining client records, and supporting sales or customer service goals. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to cold or warm leads to pitch company products or services.
- Handle inbound calls to answer questions, resolve complaints, or provide support.
- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and gathering relevant market information.
- Follow scripts while adapting naturally to customer responses.
- Update CRM systems and log accurate details of every call.
- Meet daily or monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Transparent verbal skills and active listening in English and local languages.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
