NPEC Consultancy Private Limited is looking for a motivated Tender & Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Gurugram.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 1–2 Years

Industry: Engineering Consultancy / EPC / Infrastructure

Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Government, PSU & private-sector tenders
- Prepare technical & commercial bid documents
- Handle e-tender portals, deadlines & compliance
- Source suitable Key Personnel CVs from the INFRACON portal as per RFP requirements
- Identify recent clients, projects & business opportunities
- Support proposals, EOIs, client coordination & follow-ups

We’re Looking For ✅ Tendering / BD experience

✅ Knowledge of e-tender portals, INFRACON & GeM

✅ Strong communication & MS Office skills

✅ Proactive, organized & target-oriented approach
