Tele Sales Executive / Education Counsellor

? Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

? Remote: Yes – No Office Visit Required

?? Location: Open to candidates across India

? Employment: Full-Time

? Fixed Salary: ₹7,000/month

? Performance Bonus: Up to ₹16,000/month

? Performance Incentives: Up to ₹45,000/month

? Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹68,000*

*Variable earnings are performance-based and depend on sales, conversions and achievement of applicable targets.

? YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for connecting with prospects from the company's database through our CRM and telephony system, understanding their requirements and helping them choose the right LanguageMaster program.

Your sales journey will be:

? Call → ? Understand → ? Counsel → ? Recommend → ? Follow Up → ? Convert

You will not simply be making calls. You will be expected to understand the prospect and guide them toward an appropriate learning solution.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospects through the company's CRM/telephony system
- Introduce LanguageMaster EdTech Academy and explain our vision, mission and learning approach
- Understand the prospect's educational, professional and English-learning requirements
- Identify their goals, challenges and level of interest
- Explain suitable LanguageMaster courses and plans
- Recommend the most appropriate course based on the prospect's requirement
- Explain course benefits, pricing and enrolment process
- Handle questions, doubts and objections professionally
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Convert qualified prospects into paid subscribers




- Maintain accurate lead and calling information in the CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper follow-up discipline
- Submit mandatory daily activity and sales reports
- Share valuable feedback from prospects to help improve the sales process

? EARNING POTENTIAL

We believe sales professionals should have the opportunity to increase their income through performance.

Fixed Salary: ₹7,000/month

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹16,000/month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹45,000/month

? Total Potential: Up to ₹68,000/month*

There is no need to depend only on a fixed salary. Your performance and conversions can significantly increase your monthly earnings.

Performance bonus and incentives are subject to the company's applicable targets, slabs, eligibility criteria and sales performance.

Work remotely from your home — no office visit is required.

You should have

Important: Work From Home does not mean casual or flexible attendance. Team members are expected to maintain their assigned working schedule, remain available during working hours and complete mandatory daily reporting.

? DAILY REPORTING IS MANDATORY

Every Tele-Sales Executive will be required to maintain daily activity and sales reporting, including relevant information such as:

? Calls completed

? Prospects contacted

⭐ Interested prospects

? Follow-ups

? Conversions

? Sales generated

? Important prospect feedback

This helps us measure performance,



improve the sales process and support our team members.
