In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, assist interested clients, introduce our products/services, and drive sales growth. Inbound leads will be provided—no cold calling required!

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and queries from prospective customers (Inbound Leads Provided). Pitch products/services effectively and guide interested customers through the sales process in English and Hindi. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Follow up with prospective clients to close sales deals. Maintain accurate records of interactions, customer feedback, and sales status in the database. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements &
Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi is Mandatory. Education: Open to Any Graduate or Non-Graduate (10th/12th pass/Diploma holders are welcome to apply). Freshers and candidates with prior telesales/telecalling experience are encouraged to apply. Basic computer proficiency. Positive attitude, strong persuasion skills, and goal-driven mindset.
