Position Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller / Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2C Insurance Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Primarily Life and Health Insurance, with strong customer communication, lead conversion, and follow-up skills.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable products, generating sales, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2C calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and sales opportunities through telephonic conversations.
- Explain Life and Health Insurance products, benefits, coverage, and premium details.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, payment, policy issuance, and post-sales support.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a smooth sales experience.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively convert interested prospects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2C Telecalling / Telesales / Insurance Sales.
- Prior experience in Life Insurance and Health Insurance is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Positive customer-handling and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
