Role Description The Telesales Executive (Part-Time) role at Roy Informatics Private Limited is a remote position focused on engaging potential and existing customers over the phone to promote the company’s IT, web, and software services. On a day-to-day basis, the Telesales Executive will make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, explain service offerings, and follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline. The role includes maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions, qualifying prospects, and coordinating with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and post-sales service.
