Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

The Telesales

Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce KY ENTERPRISES’ construction chemical products, explain features and benefits, and generate qualified leads. The role involves following up with prospective and existing customers, addressing basic product and service inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking system.

Executive will work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments, support sales campaigns, and meet individual and team targets.



Daily tasks also include handling customer concerns professionally, sharing feedback from the market, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and basic written communication.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive caller experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and support closing opportunities.
- Candidates should have basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM or call management tools, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should demonstrate goal-oriented work habits, resilience when handling rejection, and the ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer contact roles is preferred; experience in construction materials or related industries is an advantage.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
