We arw looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with 1 to 4 years expeience to support its B2B solar product distribution business.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with solar EPC companies, installers, dealers and other business customers, understanding their product requirements, generating enquiries and leads, following up with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing B2B customers, including solar EPC companies, installers, dealers and commercial buyers.
- Introduce company, its product portfolio and associated brands to prospective customers.
- Identify customer requirements for solar modules, inverters, cables and other solar products.
- Generate qualified sales leads and enquiries through regular calling.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers and existing leads.
- Share product information, pricing and offers with customers in coordination with the sales team.
- Identify hot and priority leads and ensure timely follow-up for conversion.




- Schedule meetings and calls for field sales executives wherever required.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups and responses in the company's CRM/DSR system.
- Update customer databases with correct contact and business information.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat requirements and upcoming projects.
- Reconnect with inactive customers and identify opportunities for renewed business.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts and logistics teams regarding customer enquiries, order status and other requirements.
- Build qualified relationships with customers through regular and meaningful communication.
- Achieve assigned targets for calls, qualified leads, enquiries and sales conversions.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on calling activity, customer responses, leads and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
