Monday to Saturday Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary:

Depends on CTC and relevant work experience ### Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to schools and educational institutions to generate new leads.

Introduce and explain company services to schools.& individual parents.

Identify potential schools and decision-makers.

Follow up with interested schools and convert leads into business opportunities.

Build and maintain good relationships with schools.

Provide customer support and assistance to schools associated with the company.

Resolve school queries regarding our products, services and processes.





Guide schools in using our services and provide timely assistance.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service. ### Required Skills &

Qualifications

Valuable English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good communication, convincing and customer-handling skills.

Experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation or customer support will be preferred.

Freshers with good English communication skills can also apply.

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
