The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with prospective clients, generating leads, following up with prospects and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about products/services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp as required. Convert leads and enquiries into successful sales. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
