Location: Eco House, Pune & Customer Sites, Gujarat (West India)

Experience: 4–12 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control

n

n

Are you an experienced commissioning professional with hands-on expertise in industrial boilers, heaters, and combustion systems? We‘re looking for a technically skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team and drive successful project commissioning and customer handover.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Execute pre-commissioning, startup, operation, and commissioning of AFBC boilers, industrial heaters, and burners.

n

Plan and schedule site commissioning activities in coordination with project and cross-functional teams.

n

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning using structured problem-solving approaches.

n

Develop clear and practical SOPs for customer operation, safety, and system handover.

n

Work with PLC/DCS systems, field instruments, and automation controls.

n

Handle commissioning and troubleshooting of rotary equipment, including pumps and fans.

n

Coordinate with engineering teams to provide technical feedback and recommend design improvements.

n

Prepare commissioning reports, project feedback reports,



and handover documentation.

n

️ Key Skills & Competencies

n

✅ Robust experience in boiler, heater, and burner commissioning.

n

✅ Hands-on exposure to AFBC, Reciprocating Grate, and Travelling Grate boilers.

n

✅ Knowledge of PLC/DCS, instrumentation, calibration, and control systems.

n

✅ Experience with pumps, fans, and other rotating equipment.

n

✅ Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and site execution skills.

n

✅ Ability to prepare SOPs, commissioning documentation, and technical reports.

n

✅ Knowledge of safety standards, risk assessments, and HSE practices.

n

✅ Familiarity with SAP/ERP and project documentation tools is an advantage.

n

n

What We‘re Looking For

n

We are seeking candidates from the boiler OEM, industrial heating, thermal power, process heating, or boiler EPC industry who have genuine hands-on commissioning experience and are comfortable working at customer sites.

n

n

Extensive travel is an essential part of this role.

n
