Key Responsibilities • Manage SLA-based critical activities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure • Handle exceptions and drive timely resolution • Identify and escalate discrepancies and potential delays • Manage group email inboxes and respond to queries within SLA • Allocate daily work and monitor team deliverables • Act as a

Subject Matter Expert (SME)





for process-related queries • Serve as the first escalation point for operational issues • Manage email and query queues effectively • Prepare and deliver accurate MIS and performance metrics • Ensure accurate closure of end-of-day activities and checklists
