Role: VP / SVP – Enterprise Risk & Operational Resilience

n

Location-Bangalore/Chennai

Role Summary

n

Lead the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience programs. Partner with senior leadership to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor enterprise-wide risks while ensuring business resilience and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework, risk governance, and reporting.
n
- Lead Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and resilience testing programs.
n




- Drive crisis management and organizational response to major business disruptions, cyber incidents, and technology outages.
n
- Manage third-party, vendor, client, operational, regulatory, cyber, and strategic risks.
n
- Develop executive dashboards, KRIs, KPIs, risk metrics, and Board-level reporting.
n
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
n
- Partner with business leaders to embed risk management into strategic planning and decision-making.
n
- Build a robust risk-aware culture through governance, training, and stakeholder engagement.
n
- Lead and develop a high-performing Enterprise Risk & Resilience team.

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
n
- 20+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or related disciplines.
n
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience managing enterprise-wide risk and resilience programs.
n
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Mortgage, Insurance, or large BPO/Services environments preferred.
n
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, crisis management, and team leadership skills.
