Role Overview

n

We are looking for Oracle EBS HRMS Technical / Techno-Functional Consultants with 3–6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Oracle EBS HRMS along with a good understanding of HR business processes.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop, customize, enhance, and support Oracle EBS HRMS R12.
n
- Work on RICEW components – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows.
n
- Develop and troubleshoot SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher/XML Publisher.
n
- Work with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs, tables, concurrent programs, workflows, flexfields, and interfaces.
n
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical/techno-functional solutions.
n
- Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users.
n
- Support integrations with third-party applications and troubleshoot production issues.
n
- Participate in EBS enhancements, implementations, upgrades,



and support projects.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 3–6 years of hands-on Oracle EBS HRMS experience.
n
- Strong SQL/PLSQL skills.
n
- Good experience in RICEW.
n
- Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports and/or BI Publisher.
n
- Good understanding of Oracle HRMS technical architecture, tables, and APIs.
n
- Working knowledge of HRMS processes such as Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Absence, or OTL.
n
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
n

Positive to Have

- Oracle EBS R12.2 experience.
n
- Payroll technical experience.
n
- Oracle Workflow / OAF / Web ADI.
n
- REST/SOAP integrations or OIC.
n
- EBS upgrade or migration experience.
n
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM.

Education

n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
