- Hotel Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate competitive corporate and group rates with hotels across India.
- Reservation Management: Handle end-to-end hotel room bookings for individual clients, corporate travelers, tour groups, or event attendees.
- Vendor & Network Relations: Leverage and expand an independent network of direct hotel contacts, revenue managers, and local hotel management.
- Itinerary & Booking Support: Assist clients with custom itinerary accommodation planning, check-in/check-out policies, extra facility requests, and payment options.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, or guest issues during their stay.
