Job OverviewWe are hiring a Telesales Executive with Real Estate/Plot Sales experience. The candidate should be confident in pitching residential plots, handling leads, follow-ups and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to real estate leads.
- Pitch and explain residential plots/project details.
- Understand customer requirements and handle objections.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Convince customers for site visits and bookings.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in MS Excel.
- Achieve daily calling target.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Telesales / Plot Sales / Property Sales.
- Good knowledge of sales pitching and lead conversion.
- Strong Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
