Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to monitor and improve quality standardsacross day-to-day operations. The candidate should have a positive understanding ofquality parameters and be well-versed in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools andquality improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities

 Monitor and maintain quality standards across operational processes.

 Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify process gaps.

 Analyze quality issues and identify their root causes using RCA tools.

 Track quality parameters, trends, and performance metrics.

 Work with team members and operations teams to address quality concerns.

 Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.

 Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

 Conduct quality feedback sessions and support process improvement initiatives.

 Ensure processes are followed as per defined quality standards.

 Monitor corrective actions and follow up for timely closure.

 Support the team in maintaining consistent service and process quality.





Required Skills

 Strong understanding of quality parameters and quality monitoring.

 Good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools and techniques.

 Knowledge of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) is an advantage.

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

 Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualification

 Any graduate degree.

 Relevant experience in Quality, Process Quality, Operations Quality, or a related field will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with quality metrics, identifying process deviations, conducting RCA, and supporting corrective actions to improveoverall process quality.
